The Division of Social Medicine aims in providing fundamental clinical skills to Medical students through teaching an array of disciplines including Primary Health Care, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, General Medicine and Public Health as well as History of Medicine. Through a uniquely organized network of rural practices the Faculty of the Division provides patient care while training students and residents. The Division Faculty is engaged in internationally acclaimed research projects through participation in collaborative efforts and international committees. The Division includes five faculty members across four disciplines.
